As I sip on my favorite fall Starbucks drink while writing this, I’m excited to share updates about our services this fall! Grin + Bear is on track for our busiest fall season ever, and we are ready to bring our premier Photo Booth experiences to hundreds of weddings over the next year!
September Starts The Booking Season
Believe it or not, September-January is the busiest time to book our service. Within the next 5 months, we will have booked almost 80% of our weddings for the following year. It may seem early, but if you have a date locked in and a venue secured, it is a good idea to start planning your Grin + Bear Photo Booth.
Our team focuses our attention on a limited number of booths every single day. We would love to provide services to every wedding that reaches out, but there comes a point where we put quality over quantity. With that being said, our recommendation is always to start the conversation once the venue and date have been set.

Our experience is simple… choose from Studio Boot or Social Booth!
Studio Booth is considered our top choice when it comes to Photo Booths. Imagine your photographer standing in one area for three hours long just taking photo after photo or your friends and family. This is the experience and quality that Studio Booth provides.
Social Booth is considered to be our fun booth. Focused more on providing photos, GIFS and boomerangs, guests will share a higher percentage of these creations by text message or email.
Pricing
There is a pricing benefit for booking earlier rather than waiting. In the past, we typically price events closer to a date at a higher price if we have to change our logistics. By reserving your booth early and being first on our calendar, we can build around your event! Avoid any pricing increases by locking in the current pricing of our packages.
Bridal Expo
Did you hear we showcase at the Luxury Bridal Expo Chicago? Couples from all over are able to view our booths, take test photos and explore our options in-person! This also means we have an increased demand with our services.
